Thank you for volunteering! What you are doing is important and wonderful. The task is huge and the site is small. When things don't go right, remember to have fun and spread good will.
Please check in at least 15 minutes early. From 9 pm Friday - 3 am Saturday, enter through the door on Bruce Randolph Ave. After 3 a.m. the volunteer entrance will be up the ramp on High St. Click to see event site map
Please bring your completed waiver (download PDF). If you can't print the waiver, one will be provided for you.
The forecast is for beautiful fall weather: cold at night, intense sun during the day. Dress warmly and use sunscreen.

Parking: Available at Odom Memorial Church, 3301 Williams St., and at Wyatt-Edison Charter School, 3620 Franklin St.
Volunteer shirts will be provided and need to be worn at all times while in volunteer area. Teenagers need to be working with a parent or adult.
Restrooms - Port-A-Lets will be located on High Street across from the church.
Food - will be available to volunteers in Fellowship Hall upstairs in the church before or after your shift.
Gloves - We have no gloves to distribute this year. If you'll be doing outside work, please bring a pair.
Questions - volunteer ambassadors will be on site at all times and can help with any questions or concerns that come up. They'll be easily identifiable with bright-colored hats.
