The YES! Academy at Epworth UMC is collaboration with the State of Colorado’s initiative to reach out to and work with youth in transition from Foster care. Through the YES Academy, Epworth UMC is able to assist youth ages 16-20 in obtaining their vital documents (often lost during their time in the system), enroll in higher education, obtain employment, obtain housing, and get help with other needs they may face in their transition to adulthood. |
